Merger of BOOQED into the Komstadt Group

The merger of BOOQED into the Komstadt Group is complete and we are now one company! Both companies had complementing businesses that not only created synergies but also generated a new dimension of workplace solutions that is applicable in today’s workplaces. With the combination of Komstadt’s regional project experience and BOOQED’s Proptech Solutions, the new merger will enable the expansion of our technologies to the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

BOOQED is a leader in QUBIC Smart Booths, automated Access Control, and its proprietary Space Management Software. The company is headquartered in Hong Kong with a software development team based in Thailand & Ukraine. The Smart Booths offer proprietary booking software, automated access control, occupancy sensor technology, and an integrated payment gateway. Currently, the solutions are deployed in universities, hospitals, shopping malls, and co-working spaces in Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, and the UK.
