Universities Workplace2GO Solution Deployment
Several institutions have recently completed universities Workplace2GO solution deployment projects to modernize study spaces with QUBIC privacy pods, smart access control, and booking systems. The Tsing Yi campus of the Vocational Training Coucil – VTC, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology – HKUST, and Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s College of Professional and Continuing Education – PolyU CPCE are among the institutions leading this rollout.)
CPCE is particularly noteworthy as we are supporting them as they convert an entire floor in their West Kowloon campus into coworking facilities for their staff.
The first phase includes 20 QUBIC booths, complete with access control and booking automation. Larger booths are already being used as manager offices, demonstrating the flexibility of the solution. These deployments help campuses optimize space, create modern work environments, and support digital transformation initiatives.
