Our First Full Workplace2GO Deployment in Canada
We’re excited to announce our first full deployment of Workplace2GO in Canada, delivered for Tandem at their downtown Toronto apartment complex. This real estate developer in Toronto had a space in a lobby of an apartment complex they manage that was being used simply for storage. Given the rise of Work from Home they had observed with tenants, they decided to convert this space into an automated coworking amenity for their tenants using Workplace2GO. This had the following benefits:
- Effective utilization of an unused space;
- Monetization opportunities using our payment gateway;
- Automated booking management for the main door and booths means the space can be open to tenants 24/7 with minimal management required;
- Occupancy sensors provide real-time data on which spaces are being occupied; and

This deployment of Workplace2GO in Canada allows Tandem to maximize building value, enhance tenant experience, and reduce operational overhead.
