The merger of BOOQED into the Komstadt Group is complete and we are now one company! Both companies had complementing businesses that not only created synergies but also generated a new dimension of workplace solutions that is applicable in today’s workplaces. With the combination of Komstadt’s regional project experience and BOOQED’s Proptech Solutions, the new merger will enable the expansion of our technologies to the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

BOOQED is a leader in QUBIC Smart Booths, automated Access Control, and its proprietary Space Management Software. The company is headquartered in Hong Kong with a software development team based in Thailand & Ukraine. The Smart Booths offer proprietary booking software, automated access control, occupancy sensor technology, and an integrated payment gateway. Currently, the solutions are deployed in universities, hospitals, shopping malls, and co-working spaces in Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, and the UK.

We are extremely excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Workplace2GO showroom in Tokyo, Japan. The showroom is located in the Nagamine Building in the Shinagawa area and within a few minutes walk from the Meguro JR Station. The suite showcases our premiere Workplace2GO Solution with the full range Qubic Smart Booths, including Solos, Duals, and Quads. The smart booths are integrated with Access Controls, occupancy sensors, and a Booking Software that can be fully automated.

As more and more people are now working from home (WFH), the need for flexible workplaces has never been higher. This is attributed to the inherent nature of individuals, as they are unable to remain at home on a full-time basis, and the reluctance to endure lengthy commutes to reach the Central Business District area. Alternatively, businesses can consider providing a collaborative space for their employees to work & meet without the need to spend large capex to build out a traditional office. With Workpalce2GO, a functional workspace can be deployed using the Zero-Construction concept, in weeks rather than months, with significant savings in money & time.

On March 29, 2023 the management of Komstadt celebrated the grand opening of their Singapore Office located in CT-Hub 2. All directors were invited to Singapore to join in the celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony. This new office will become Komstadt’s regional hub for servicing and supporting our customers throughout the Asia Pacific. This newly designed workspace also showcases some of the latest Workplace Technologies including Smart Collaboration Booths and Smart Sensors for Occupancy Analytics.
